Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Masters in relevant field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of grant management experience.
• Ability to thrive in a busy, deadline-driven team environment.
• Extensive knowledge of program administration guidelines for Federal and non-Federal funding.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail; strong analytical and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees preparation and submission of new, competing, and non-competing sponsored proposals for the division.
• Works with staff and PIs to identify all costs associated with a proposal.
• Acts as liaison to Mass General Brigham central office and sponsor agencies on fiscal/administrative matters.
• Oversee JIT, Progress Reports, Re-budgeting, Carry-Forward, No Cost Extensions, and Close-Out submissions.
• Maintain records of submission materials for future reference.
• Ensure compliance with hospital and government regulations for human/animal subjects research.
