Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Two (2) years of experience in payroll accounting or grant accounting.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll accounting adjustments to ensure accurate payroll expenditure according to run rate.
• Submit grant proposals to federal and non-federal sponsors.
• Prepare budget revisions and projections for grants.
• Review/monitor individual grants and transactions for compliance.
• Provide financial grant reporting to granting authorities.
• Maintain accurate effort reporting/certification.
• Coordinate with internal/external customers to resolve accounting issues.
• Compile reports, supporting documentation, and analyses for management.
