Job Title: Grant Accounting Manager - Jackson Heart Study

Job Summary: Perform payroll accounting and financial service functions for grants and other sponsored program funds, as well as submit grant proposals to federal and non-federal sponsors. The position provides fiscal service and support to all Department of Medicine investigators for the submission and financial management of grants. These functions include: completing budget revisions and projections, analyzing run rate for expenditure, maintaining accurate effort reporting/certification, reviewing/monitoring of individual grants and transactions for compliance with private, local, state and federal policies and regulations, and financial grant reporting for granting authorities.

Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field plus two (2) years of experience.
