Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field plus two years of experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll accounting adjustments to ensure accurate payroll expenditure according to run rate.
• Submission of grant proposals to federal and non-federal sponsors.
• Budget revisions/projections for grants corresponding with run rate.
• Reviewing/monitoring of individual grants and transactions for compliance.
• Financial grant reporting to granting authorities.
• Maintain accurate effort reporting/certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Coordinates with internal and external customers to answer questions, convey information, and resolve accounting issues.
• Compiles reports, supporting documentation, and analysis as needed to assist management.
