Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, 3–5 years in accounting/finance, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area
  • 3–5 years' experience in an accounting- or finance-related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Office products
  • Able to work successfully as an individual and in a team
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Able to effectively track, analyze, and interpret data with multiple dimensions
  • Preferred candidates will be moving from a public accounting firm or have public accounting experience

Responsibilities

  • Support the monthly close and ensure compliance
  • Track, monitor, and manage multiple grants and contracts
  • Collaborate with outside auditors from Federal, State, County, and other regulatory bodies
  • Interact with leadership including the President and CEO
