FirstDay Foundation seeks a skilled Grant Accountant to manage centralized accounting and grant reporting for multiple programs. You will handle invoicing, contracts, and the timely expenditure of grant funds in accordance with guidelines.
The role requires experience with not-for-profit accounting, grant reporting, and month-end close, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years in the field.

Academic Req: Bachelor’s degree with Accounting Major
Work experience: Accounting experience with not-for-profits and strong accounts receivable experience.
State and federal grant experience required to include experience in month end close, preparation of monthly financial statements for multiple programs, divisions and/or companies and grant reporting requirements.
Prefer minimum five years’ experience.
