Job summary

Thompson Granite and Stone is seeking an experienced Shop Manager to oversee daily operations in our granite fabrication shop. You will lead fabrication and installation teams, manage production schedules, and uphold high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Experience in granite or stone fabrication preferred.
• Saw operation experience preferred.
• Fabrication and installation experience a strong plus.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate shop staff and daily production
• Oversee granite fabrication processes from templating to finishing
• Manage scheduling for fabrication and installation crews
• Ensure quality control and safety standards are met
• Maintain equipment and shop organization
• Communicate with customers and team members to ensure project success
