LeoForce in Providence, RI seeks a Senior Shop Operations Lead to oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, quality control, and installation coordination. You will manage fabrication shop personnel and installation crews, ensuring accurate templating and precise fabrication of granite, quartz, and natural stone.

The role requires senior-level experience in the stone countertop industry, with proven leadership in shop or installation leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fabrication shop personnel and/or installation crews.
• Strong knowledge of granite, quartz, and natural stone fabrication.
• Understanding of CNC equipment, templating, fabrication, and installation processes.
• Prior shop lead or high level installation lead experience within the stone countertop industry.
• Only candidates with prior stone countertop fabrication, installation, or shop leadership experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily fabrication activities, production workflow, and quality control.
• Coordinate installation activities and liaise with installation crews to ensure on-time delivery.
