You will work under the Loss Prevention Manager and Store Manager to safeguard inventory and create a safe shopping environment, assisting in preventing shortages and maintaining in-stock conditions. The role requires training store teams, conducting investigations, patrols, and timely incident reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in Criminal Justice or related preferred.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local law.
• Experience in loss prevention or security preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train store team on loss prevention and safety policies; report violations.
• Assist investigations of internal and external customers.
• Patrol the store and post in designated areas as directed.
• Identify shortage risks; assist audits and inventory counts.
• Prepare incident reports for safety, theft, and shortages.
