• Extensive grand format background including substrates and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create grand format proposals for sales and CSR teams that are cost effective and profitable.
• Receive and understand all incoming requests from the sales and CSR teams to properly spec substrates and processes.
• Research different substrates, processes, outside vendors and all applicable steps to respond to requests.
• Assist pre-production and production teams with understanding complex live projects from original proposals.
• Work with sales and CSR teams to translate customer ideas into usable specifications for estimation and live jobs.
• Proactive communication with teammates and customers is imperative.
• Collaborate with material and outside vendors to secure best pricing.
• Look for ways to gain production efficiency and reduce spoilage.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and perform preventive maintenance.
