The role requires basic computer skills, ability to read safety rules, and good communication. You will operate conveyors, forklifts, and scale systems while following safety policies and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules and operating manuals.
• Basic computer skills to log data and print tickets.
• Good communication and teamwork in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and control grain flow via gates.
• Weigh grain and record results in the computer system.
• Take samples and monitor storage tanks and bins.
• Maintain equipment and perform basic maintenance records.
• Assist with load-out, rail car prep, and forklift operation.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow all safety policies.
