Job summary

Columbia Grain International, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Operator to record data, weigh grain, and oversee loading and storage at our WA facilities. The role requires operating conveyors, forklifts, and storage equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include weighing grain, printing scale tickets, sampling for grades, and maintaining clean, organized work areas. Candidates should be able to read safety rules and work well in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and operating manuals.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Good work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manage grain flow to storage.
• Weigh grain, record in computer system, and print scale tickets.
• Take samples and monitor storage tanks and bins.
• Convey grain between storage and load-out using conveyors and elevators.
• Prepare rail cars for loading and ensure safety around elevated platforms.
• Operate a forklift and perform general maintenance and housekeeping.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
