The Equity in Effingham, IL is seeking a Grain Transportation Driver to operate company trucks safely and deliver grain efficiently. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep required records, and assist customers with courteous service.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Illinois CDL Class A license with a clean driving record, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support grain operations and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Illinois CDL Class A license.
• Good driving record.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interact effectively with management and customers.
• Self-motivating with strong teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Follow all established safety policies and procedures.
• Completes all required paperwork daily.
• Responsible for daily maintenance checks of the truck (pre- and post-trip).
• Reports equipment problems so maintenance can be performed.
• Helps customers in a prompt, efficient, and courteous manner.
