Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid CDL with endorsements (HazMat, Tanker) within six months and a clean driving record.
• Strong safety and compliance awareness.
• Experience operating grain trucks or similar vehicles preferred.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate machinery.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and transport grain to locations, ensuring on-time delivery and good condition.
• Operate trucks and trailers safely and efficiently, following traffic laws and company policies.
• Assist with loading and unloading grain, preventing loss or contamination.
• Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on trucks.
• Maintain records of deliveries, hours driven, and DOT compliance.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE; work outdoors in various weather.
