The Equity, an independent ag cooperative headquartered in Effingham, Illinois, seeks a Feed Delivery Driver to safely deliver bulk and bagged feed to customers and support daily feed mill operations.

Responsibilities include complying with safety and quality standards, performing truck inspections, loading per orders, and maintaining records. A Class A CDL and clean driving record are required; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated personality with teamwork skills.
• Demonstrates ability to interact effectively with management and customers.
• Illinois Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with Class A.
• Good driving record and clean safety history.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bulk and bagged feed to customers safely and efficiently.
• Follow all safety, food safety, and quality standards.
• Perform daily truck inspections and routine maintenance.
• Load trucks per customer orders and follow procedures to meet FDA GMP and Feed QA standards.
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time.
