The Equity in Effingham, IL is seeking a Grain Transportation Driver to operate company trucks safely and deliver grain efficiently. You will perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections, keep required records, and assist customers with courteous service.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid Illinois CDL Class A license with a clean driving record, and strong communication and teamwork skills to support grain operations and customer needs.
The Grain Transportation Driver supports the movement of grain by safely operating company trucks and ensuring deliveries are completed efficiently and accurately. Working closely with the Grain team, this position performs daily equipment inspections, maintains required records, reports maintenance concerns, and provides prompt and courteous customer service. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-minded, and committed to supporting both customers and facility operations.

While performing the duties of the job, the employee works near moving, mechanical equipment and in outside weather conditions; including exposure to fumes and airborne particles, grain dust and vibrations. Occasionally climbs and works in high places and exposed weather elements. Noise level in work environment is usually loud.
