Qualifications

Minimum education: high school diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years supervisory experience.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills; ability to travel to remote facilities.

Responsibilities

Lead and direct activities of facility associates receiving, drying, storing, and distributing grain.
Ensure safe working environment per regulations and agribusiness requirements.
Maintain grain condition and ensure customer satisfaction; coordinate with grain merchandising for cost-effective movement.
Provide training on safety and environmental processes and engage associates.
