In this role, you will lead and direct the activities of facility associates responsible for receiving, drying, storing, and distributing grain while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring the condition of grain is preserved, customer expectations are met, and operations run efficiently and cost-effectively. By fostering a culture of safety, training, and continuous improvement, you’ll support both internal and external customers while driving operational effectiveness and helping the facility achieve its goals.
The salary range for this position is $68,000 - $116,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications with annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).
