Job summary

Keen Project Solutions, LLC is seeking a Grain Sales Engineer to lead front-end development of agricultural and industrial capital projects. You will define owner requirements, translate them into conceptual designs, ROM budgets, and milestone schedules, and act as the primary technical and commercial liaison through preconstruction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field with strong design/engineering background.
• Minimum of ten years in industrial construction projects or equivalent experience.
• Experience with client bids, master planning, schematic design, and related scopes of work.
• Proficiency with MS Office and online collaboration tools; willingness to learn new software.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer communications during early project development and preconstruction.
• Develop ROM budgets, milestone schedules, and proposal documents.
• Coordinate internal and external design teams for early engineering disciplines.
• Provide technical support to Project Managers, field teams, and operations.
