Responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule employees for railcar loading/unloading.
• Direct grain handling, storage, and blending operations.
• Maintain safety training and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with railroad inspectors and customers as needed.
• Monitor maintenance and housekeeping of the facility and equipment.
• Uphold cooperative policies and promote a positive work environment.
