Job summary

Central Farm Service is seeking a Grain Location Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our grain facility, including receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading out. This role requires supervision of location staff, training, and ensuring efficient, safe operations in alignment with company policies.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and preferred supervisory experience, with a CDL and ability to operate heavy equipment.

Qualifications

• High school graduate.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Federal grain inspection/weighing license or ability to obtain.
• CDL with necessary endorsements (preferred).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading out.
• Train and coach location operation employees; conduct annual performance reviews.
• Oversee expenses, contractors, purchase orders and invoice approvals.
• Provide backup support to Regional Operation Manager as needed.
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance and equipment programs for the facility.
• Monitor stored grain quality and quantity to ensure safety and accuracy.
