Cargill is seeking a Terminal Operator to join our Ag & Trading enterprise. This full-time role supports loadout and unloading operations for bulk materials, involving trucks and rail cars.

A rotating 12-hour shift schedule offers day and night coverage, with a starting pay of $27.55 per hour. The position emphasizes safety, data accuracy, and teamwork as you monitor tanks, collect samples, and communicate with supervisors.

Competenze

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions with PPE.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
• Basic computer skills.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division.

Mansioni

• Monitor and operate equipment for the loadout and unloading process for bulk materials, including trucks and/or rail cars, using scales, pumps, valves, and mobile equipment.
• Collect product samples and monitor tank levels, inputting data into computer systems as needed.
• Send documentation to the laboratory, supervisor, or shipping/admin clerk for order or tank discrepancies.
• Interact with peers and management to pursue continuous improvement of facility operations and promote teamwork.
