Job summary

CFS is seeking team members to support daily grain facility operations across multiple locations. The role focuses on grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, and loading out, while ensuring quality and customer service.

Ideal candidates will have CDL with endorsements (preferred), a valid driver’s license, and basic mechanical aptitude. Willingness to work nights, weekends, and variable shifts during harvest is required.

Qualifications

• Federal grain inspection/weighing license or ability to obtain.
• CDL with endorsements (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Basic mechanical experience and aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading out.
• Monitor stored grain condition to ensure quality and quantity.
• Housekeeping, maintenance, and other daily tasks.
• Assist other departments within the company as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures; work safely and observe laws.
