Job summary

Central-Farm-Service is seeking a team member to assist in daily grain facility operations in Minnesota, ensuring efficiency, quality and customer service. You will participate in receiving, weighing, grading, storage, drying, blending and loading out, while monitoring conditions and following safety procedures.

The role requires a CDL with endorsements and a valid driver’s license, plus willingness to operate heavy equipment and work across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Federal grain inspection/weighing license or ability to obtain.
• Operate heavy equipment such as trucks and tractors.
• Willingness to work at multiple locations as assigned.
• Basic mechanical experience and aptitude.
• CDL with endorsements preferred and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Handle grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading out.
• Monitor grain condition to ensure quality and quantity.
• Perform housekeeping, maintenance and other daily tasks.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Follow all safety policies and work safely in all conditions.
• Represent Central-Farm-Service professionally at all times.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor or management.
