Job summary

CHS Inc. in Oklee, MN is seeking an Operations Specialist to support daily site operations. You will prepare trucks and railcars for loading and unloading, deliver agricultural inputs, and maintain inventory quality while ensuring safety and compliance.

The role involves heavy physical work and operating industrial equipment on-site. The position requires 1+ years in operations, ability to operate loaders and related machinery, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in Operations and/or Business Operations.
• Ability to operate machinery such as loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile.
• CDL license or Hazmat endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and trucks.
• Control and monitor all load out functions.
• Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
• Perform daily maintenance tasks including lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms.
