• Knowledge of grain handling/storage facilities and USDA grain standards.
• Knowledge of rail, truck, barge and vessel logistics.
• Experience implementing safety programs and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for production, logistics and inventory staff.
• Ensure safety program is effective and conditions are safe for all associates.
• Manage grain movement through Chesapeake to maximize facility efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and quality through the Inventory Control Program.
• Coordinate vessel loading schedules with Terminal Manager.
• Collaborate with facility management and traffic groups to align plans.
