Gold-Eagle Cooperative, located in Kiester, MN, is seeking a dedicated individual for the full-time position of Grain Handler - Processing Operator.

Benefits

We offer a competitive pay range of $19.00 - $23.50 per hour, based on experience, along with a $1,500 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package, available after a 30-day probation period, includes:

Work Schedule

The workweek runs from Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, with occasional extended hours and weekend work during peak seasons.

Ideal Candidate

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Daily Responsibilities

Responsibilities include grain receiving, storage, handling, and loading. You will maintain and clean facilities and equipment, ensuring smooth operations. During busy seasons, you'll collaborate with the agronomy team, balancing independence and teamwork, always prioritizing safety.
