Job summary

Ag Partners Cooperative in Belvue, KS is seeking an Operations Technician to support multiple departments by driving fertilizer tender trucks, loading feed, and handling grain and fertilizer operations. You will perform routine maintenance, assist with warehouse duties, and uphold safety and quality standards on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience with grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals or farm supplies preferred.
• Commercial Driver’s License Class A with Haz-Mat, Airbrake and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain.
• Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic for reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Drive fertilizer tender truck and unload/load grain trucks and fertilizer as needed.
• Load feed, fill anhydrous tanks and perform maintenance of facilities.
• Assist with warehouse duties and general housekeeping; report safety hazards.
• Provide high level customer service and promote company values of honesty, integrity and teamwork.
• Work overtime as required and adhere to safety policies and credit policies.
