Job summary

Ag Partners Cooperative is seeking an Operations Technician to support multiple departments by operating a fertilizer tender truck, loading feed, filling anhydrous tanks, and unloading grain trucks. The role emphasizes safety, customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities include general maintenance, housekeeping, and assisting with warehouse duties while promoting the company core values. Overtime may be required to meet harvest and delivery needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience related to grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals and/or farms supplies is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers or employees of the cooperative.

Responsibilities

• Drive fertilizer tender truck.
• Unload and load grain trucks.
• Load feed.
• Fill anhydrous tanks and maintain facilities.
• Assist with filling bunkers with grain at harvest.
• Assist with warehouse duties as needed.
• Perform general housekeeping and maintain clean work areas.
• Promote and adhere to core values of honesty, integrity & teamwork.
• Report to work on time and work overtime as needed.
