Job summary

Ag Partners Cooperative is seeking an Operations Technician to ensure excellent customer service and support across departments. Responsibilities include driving fertilizer tender trucks, loading feed, and maintaining facilities.

You will need a CDL Class A with Haz-Mat and tanker endorsements and prior experience with grain, feed, fertilizer or farm supplies is preferred. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, and reliable performance in a cooperative setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in grain, feed, fertilizer, chemicals or farm supplies preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operate machinery instructions, and write routine reports.
• CDL Class A with Haz-Mat, Airbrake and Tanker endorsements or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Drive fertilizer tender truck and load/unload grain trucks.
• Load feed and fill anhydrous tanks; perform maintenance of facilities.
• Assist with bunkers at harvest and warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and secure equipment when closing.
• Provide a high level of customer service and uphold core values.
• Follow safety policies and cooperate with other locations.
• Present a clean, professional appearance and report to work as required.
