Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in Operations or Business Operations.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to operate loaders, conveyors, tractors and track mobile.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently.
• Develop knowledge of commodities handled and comply with regulations.
• Work with customers courteously and professionally.
• Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading and handle hoses.
• Load and unload agricultural inputs using appropriate machinery.
• Monitor load out functions and operate automation like scale/dump systems.
• Record maintenance tasks and inspect equipment for leaks.
• Maintain inventory quality and deliver products to customer sites.
• Keep work areas clean and safe; perform housekeeping and safety duties.
• Perform ground maintenance, warehouse work, and forklift tasks as needed.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor and follow company policies.
