Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent; preferred in Agriculture or Technical Systems Management.
• Experience: 3 years in commercial and operations sides of grain business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all grain quality and ensure execution of policies and procedures.
• Plan and execute capacity utilization, inventory management, and facility efficiency.
• Manage staffing including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Lead safety, customer service, and operating cost initiatives.
• Coordinate with departments on logistics and staffing plans.
