Job summary

Qualifications

• Required - Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent training and work experience.
• Preferred - Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or Technical Systems Management.
• Required - 3 years' experience in both commercial and operations sides of grain business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee grain quality and ensure consistent execution of operations policies.
• Plan capacity utilization, inventory management, quality, preventative maintenance and efficiency.
• Develop facility benchmarks and improvement plans for underperforming areas.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, promotions, and corrective actions.
• Promote and maintain the company's safety program and exceptional customer service.
