Job summary

Under supervision by the Production Manager, you will monitor grain quality, maintain facilities, and uphold a collaborative, safety‑driven culture while communicating with vendors, ship agents, and crews.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years elevator equipment and operations experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing.
• Experience supervising a crew and delegating tasks.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks in a safe manner in compliance with safety programs and procedures.
• Oversee safe work behavior of others.
• Provide courteous and responsive interaction with vendors, contractors, coworkers, and crews.
• Maintain the elevator and facilities safely and cleanly through proper crew management.
• Coordinate unloading and binning of grain by rail and barge; planning and communication.
• Manage ship loading to meet load orders and company objectives.
• Observe conveyors and monitor HMIs to detect malfunctions.
• Assist in addressing equipment malfunctions.
