Bartlett in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring a Shift Manager to lead hourly team members on the 11pm–7am shift. You will train, support and supervise staff while maintaining a safe, sanitary workplace in line with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities include overseeing grain handling operations, monitoring equipment, and coordinating with management to meet objectives. The role requires safety focus, English fluency, and willingness to work weekends.
