Job summary

Bartlett Co. in Council Bluffs, IA is hiring an Elevator Operator to manage grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading. You will help maintain safe facilities and support cross-trained tasks.

The role is 1st shift, 6am–2pm, Monday through Friday with overtime, including weekends, at $21.00/hr and up. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, profit sharing, and 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read, write, understand and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, handle, dry, blend and load grain.
• Monitor stored grain condition.
• Maintain and clean grain facilities and equipment for a safe environment.
• Cross-trained to perform a variety of tasks.
