Job summary

Lifeline Foods LLC in Missouri is seeking a Grain Elevator Operator to manage grain scales, operate the Kice automation system, and support daily truck deliveries while ensuring food safety requirements.

You will grade incoming corn, monitor storage conditions, record inventory data, prevent cross-contamination of organic/non-GMO corn, and maintain GMPs, HACCP documentation, and site cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required or preferred with grain elevator experience.
• Basic math and reading comprehension for procedures and paperwork.
• Competent English communication in verbal and written form.

Responsibilities

• Operate grain scale and maintain customer service with producers.
• Operate Kice automation system to select bins and start drags and Pit 1 for daily truck deliveries.
• Complete grading of all incoming corn.
• Maintain a clean work area and proper tool/equipment accountability.
• Notify management of any grain inventory discrepancies.
• Move and store corn with elevator equipment; monitor corn condition.
• Record stored corn quality, inventory location, and storage levels.
• Prevent cross-contamination of organic/non-GMO and white corn during storage and transfer.
• Use Vertical software to capture weight and corn quality to create truck tickets.
• Complete paperwork to comply with HACCP, traceability, FS, and quality requirements; uphold GMPs.
• Participate in monthly fogging and maintain safety practices.
• Adhere to Lifeline Foods Code of Team Behavior; may perform other duties.
