Job summary

The Scoular Company is seeking motivated grain elevator operators to join our team in Florida. You will safely load/unload grain, assist with weighing and grading, and operate heavy equipment to support storage and logistics.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.
• Flexibility to work overtime, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and high winds.
• Must be comfortable with climbing ladders, heights, and working in confined spaces.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload incoming and outgoing grain, assist with weighing/grading.
• Operate heavy equipment (loaders, skid steer loaders, rail car movers, etc.).
• Manage grain storage by creating/moving piles and cleaning bins/storage structures.
• Ensure a safe work environment by following safety protocols and reporting hazards.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as needed to support operations.
• Ability to work nights.
