Job summary

Dakota Mill and Grain, Inc. in Belle Fourche, SD is seeking candidates for full-time and part-time Elevator Operations roles. On-the-job training is provided, and you will contribute to efficient handling and processing of agricultural commodities.

You'll load/unload trucks and railcars, weigh and grade grain, monitor storage, keep records, operate forklifts and other equipment, and ensure safety and quality across the facility. We value reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical.
• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally.
• Experience in a grain elevator or agricultural setting preferred; training available.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload products from trucks and railcars.
• Weigh and grade grain shipments to quality specs.
• Monitor grain storage and adjust to maintain quality.
• Maintain records of grain transactions and inventory.
• Operate forklifts and equipment to move grain.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies.
