You will lead a team to ensure top-tier customer service and efficient operations in a thriving agricultural environment. Responsibilities include safety compliance, staff training, supervising grain receipts and warehousing, and coordinating train loading and logistics.

Qualifications

• Pre-employment drug/alcohol screening and physical required.
• Valid CDL in good standing or ability to obtain one.
• HS diploma required; Bachelor's in agriculture preferred.
• Experience in agriculture operations or logistics preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Knowledge of grain handling and storage systems.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Commitment to safety and compliance with protocols.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular presence at the Belle Fourche location.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate all staff activities.
• Train and certify staff; ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee grain receipts, storage, and warehousing.
• Coordinate train loading, loading operations, and logistics.
• Market DMG programs and coordinate shipments.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and profitability.
