Job summary

Bartlett Co. in Sheffield, IL is seeking a hands-on Elevator Operator for the 2nd shift (2pm-10:30pm, Mon-Fri with overtime). You will handle grain receiving, storage, loading and related duties to keep operations safe and efficient.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, English literacy, and the ability to pass a background check. Overtime weekends are available and benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation.
• Must be able to read, write, understand and follow written/verbal instructions in English.
• Able to work overtime and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading.
• Monitor stored grain condition and maintain grain facilities and equipment.
• Ensure a safe environment for team members through cleaning and maintenance.
• Cross-training to perform a variety of tasks in the elevator.
