Bartlett Co. is a diversified agribusiness with deep roots in grain acquisition, storage, transportation, processing and merchandising.

We’re seeking a hands-on Elevator Operator for 2nd shift to perform grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending, and loading, while ensuring safe operation of facilities and equipment. You will monitor grain conditions, help maintain equipment, lift up to 50 lbs, and may work overtime or weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends.
• Safe and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Grain receiving, storage, handling, drying, blending and loading.
• Monitor stored grain condition and maintain facilities and equipment for safety.
• Cross-trained to perform a range of related tasks as needed.
