This role ensures a safe, clean, and compliant work environment in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT, etc.). The Assistant Superintendent will lead and train hourly employees in operations, safety, and facility maintenance, while driving continuous improvement in efficiency, reliability, and safety.
