Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain a positive customer service experience.
• Maintain and repair facilities, equipment, and tools to ensure readiness, safety, and cleanliness.
• Observe machinery operation to detect malfunctions and ensure safe operation.
• Load, unload, and move material to and from storage and production areas as needed.
• Operate equipment for loading and unloading, including forklifts and transfer augers.
• Maintain storage areas to protect inventory; follow safety guidelines.
• Report for duty in good condition and adhere to dress code and hygiene standards.
• Provide feedback to Managers and support teamwork and safety practices.
