Job summary

Responsibilities include maintaining grain quality, handling loading/unloading, inventory tracking, equipment maintenance, and basic office-related tasks using Microsoft Office. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication and customer service skills, and flexibility to work overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as required.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time and demonstrate good attention to detail.
• Detail oriented to provide accurate and consistent work with or without direction.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as general office machines and phone system.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grain quality.
• Perform general housekeeping to maintain dust levels.
• Perform maintenance and repairs to equipment.
• Perform basic mechanical maintenance.
• Measure and track grain inventory.
• Perform basic grain handling, loading and unloading.
• Ability to dump grain.
• Assist with loading and unloading fertilizer.
