Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; minors 16+ may work seasonal.
• A valid driver's license may be required to drive company vehicles.
• Experience with Word and Excel preferred but not required.
• Must be able to work extended hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, dry, blend, and load grain safely.
• Unloading/loading grain by truck, rail, or barge.
• Maintain equipment and facilities; monitor operations.
• Provide courteous customer service and safety compliance.
• Inspect machinery and report malfunctions.
• Lift up to 50 pounds; work in all weather and environments.
