Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience may substitute for the education requirement.
• Higher education experience with direct student contact.
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of FERPA and student records laws.
• Experience in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience working in student information systems.
• Experience with diverse populations and inclusive work practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage graduation application, degree conferral, diploma production, and related processes.
• Advise students, faculty, and staff on graduation requirements and audits.
• Administer and expand PLA opportunities per guidelines.
• Evaluate PLA documentation and award eligible credit.
• Collaborate to improve degree completion, curriculum, and student success processes.
• Support degree audit systems and transcript evaluation functions.
• Collect and analyze graduation/PLA data for reporting and improvement.
• Promote outstanding service to help students achieve goals.
