Maven Securities is launching a Graduate Trader program in Chicago, following an 11-week London training. You will return to Chicago for desk placements and live trading experiences after foundational training.

Qualifications
- Strong numeracy skills and a solid understanding of probability and statistics.
- Genuine interest in financial markets and a curiosity to learn.
- Willingness to adopt and utilize emerging AI technologies.
Responsibilities
- Learn the foundations of options market making.
- Build understanding of pricing, probability and risk.
- Apply learning through trading simulation, mock trading and classroom-based training sessions.
- Use the same tools and systems used on our Trading desks.
- Start live trading within your first 8 weeks of joining the program.
