Job summary

All Options in Austin, TX invites you to join a fast-paced Graduate Quantitative Trader program. You’ll start with a six-month training blending option theory with real market making experience from day one.

During the first four weeks you’ll learn fundamentals with a cohort, then trade on the desk under mentor guidance with ongoing coaching and performance feedback to accelerate your growth.

Two cohort start dates are available: February 2027 and August 2027.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a university program, graduating between December 2026 and June 2027.
• Strong interest in financial markets and options trading.
• Willingness to learn programming (Python) and trading strategies.
• Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with drive to innovate.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills.
• Available for full-time employment starting February 2027 or August 2027.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for the trading day and understand market conditions for options pricing and volatility.
• Price and trade options on listed financial instruments.
• Manage and optimize daily trading positions.
