Job summary

Maven Securities in Chicago invites talented graduates to join its Graduate Developer Program for 2027. You'll start with a 10-week training in London, then return to Chicago for two 14-week rotations, building realtime trading systems and scaling performance-critical infrastructure.

You'll work with Developers and Traders, learn C++, C#, Python, TypeScript and React, and gain exposure to in-house tools. Visa sponsorship available; relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Final-year undergraduate or master's student with interest in software development.
• Willingness to learn and adopt AI technologies.
• Familiarity with one or more programming languages.
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset and ability to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize systems used in real-time trading.
• Work on performance-critical infrastructure.
• Collaborate directly with Developers and Traders.
• Contribute to production systems early in your career.
